As a chef, I am convinced that creativity cannot be limited to the elaboration of dishes belonging to a traditional cuisine, but I believe that it must push itself to bring elegance and luxury to the world too. fascinating mini preparations, where size does not limit the size of the flavors, but by experimenting, hides an infinite range of possibilities to amaze the most demanding palates.

Tapas, in particular, represent a unique way of conceiving gastronomy. From their humble beginnings as an accompaniment to drinks in Spanish bars, tapas have grown to become true icons of gourmet cuisine.
